At JGA, we share this simple belief – that working together is a better way of doing business.

That’s why we are the UK’s largest independent multi-service provider of commercial, cultural and engagement services to the EO sector. We enable other values-driven organisations to build an ethos of personal responsibility, while achieving even greater success.

At JGA, we create lasting value. Our services range from EO transition and change consultancy to Board level development, resourcing and succession planning – from leadership development to employee engagement and beyond.

At JGA, we are non-political but believe business can – and should – be a force for good in society and our community. Through our own Real Community Support (RCS) we provide one day’s pro bono support a month to the charities we care about.

We are a proud supporter member of the Employee Ownership Association (EOA). We co-sponsored their annual conference in 2019 and EO Boost 2020 and were headline co-sponsors of their first fully-virtual annual conference in November 2021. Post-pandemic, we were excited to be a Platinum Exhibitor at the EOA Conference 2022 in Liverpool, the first time this had been held in person for three years. We enjoyed returning as a Platinum Exhibitor to the EOA Conference 2023.

 

Our Story

J Gadd Associates – where did it all begin? In 2014, with the vision of Founder and Managing Director Jeremy Gadd. He created JGA following a 30-plus year career with one of the UK’s leading employee-owned organisations, during which he saw first-hand the value of working together. 

Today that belief is at the heart of everything we do. 

At JGA, we specialise in improving both individual and organisational performance, with a focus on the employee ownership sector. We combine expert leadership and performance coaching with proven employee engagement – underpinned by independent review.

Our people are our strength. 

Experienced, qualified and innovative, our Associates and Associate Coach teams understand your challenge, while relishing the chance to enhance their own knowledge and develop new skills. This approach is led by Jeremy, who completed an MSc at the triple-accredited Henley Business School on ‘The impact on leaders, when organisations become Employee Owned’ in 2018. He has since used his research’s findings to enhance the value of all that we do.
