Jeanette Lindfield Biography


Jeanette is a highly experienced International leadership development facilitator and Executive Coach, she have worked in global and blue chip companies such as Guinness Ireland, Diageo and the UK based retailer the John Lewis Partnership.

Following a successful corporate career she set up PACE Learning consultancy in 2007 (now known as Jeanette Her work focuses on developing leaders for the future – working with organisations to develop and enhance leader’s performance through a combination of coaching, training and consultancy. She is in demand as an International Facilitator and Executive Coach and has worked with prestige clients such as ABN AMRO, First Group UK, Oracle EMEA, Arrow Electronics, Glanbia, St Gobain, eircom, Generali Pan Europe, First Names and PwC in Central and Eastern Europe.

Jeanette describes her coaching style as “direct and insightful but always with positive intent and regard for my client.
