For over 30 years, Libby has held leadership roles in Britain’s foremost co-owned business, The John Lewis Partnership. Her most recent experience has been working at leadership level, supporting employee engagement, creating effective communication channels and providing critical feedback to senior leaders. Alongside this, she has coached leaders, teams and individuals to be the most effective and successful they can be in their work and in their personal lives. She is a versatile leadership coach who believes that investing time in coaching leaders will pay dividends for any company, large or small. Libby believes that by giving an individual time and space to work through complex thoughts and strategies, they will produce the most workable and effective solutions, owned by themselves.

Libby is a natural communicator who puts people at ease, enabling them to share their thoughts in a supportive and positive environment. She also has the ability to challenge and motivate them to deliver exceptional performance.
