A word from Garry
It was great to meet up with so many familiar faces; past (and future!) clients of JGA, attendees of the South West EOA regional meetings I facilitated, and indeed some of those who saw me in action at the 2015 Conference.
I facilitated three sessions this year, and in the process, have had a valuable insight into HR & Comms strategies and engaging employees in business information.
It was also a privilege to work with leading academics and practitioners on the fascinating topic of the future of work: the 4th industrial revolution and how technology and new working processes might impact on employee owned businesses. Thought provoking indeed.
