Charles is an Executive Coach and Consultant specialising in organisational leadership. He brings his own experience as a member and leader of high-performing teams in demanding situations to his work.

As an Association for Coaching certified coach, Charles has supported clients across industries ranging from heavy engineering to financial services. With an MA in Leadership and Management and an MSc in Coaching, he draws on different coaching models, methods and tools to create the change his clients seek.

At JGA, Charles enjoys supporting organisations at the point at which he can have the greatest impact on their business success. He values the Engage tool’s power to start a meaningful conversation about personal and organisational change.
