Employee Owner Engagement

Working together to engage employee owners

Employee ownership isn’t a label: it’s a fundamentally different way of doing business that takes focus – and passion – to bring to life. So how do you ensure your employee owners feel actively engaged in the success you’re creating? That they connect to the responsibilities, opportunities and rewards that employee ownership brings?

At JGA, we can help. We enable employee-owned organisations to energise their employee ownership model – with our Employee Owner Engagement support.

Drawing on our practical experience as co-owners, EO leaders and consultants, we assess and help you invigorate your current culture and engagement levels. Our insight and knowledge of how to make employee ownership effective equips your organisation to achieve success.

What do we do?

We facilitate a workshop and working groups (if required) to build your employee owners’ knowledge, share your purpose and values and then bring these meaningfully to life, with practical solutions and bespoke tools.

Our support includes an in-depth perception study, with 90-minute group sessions and an anonymised written summary report to capture observations and recommendations for future action. Our EO-specific employee survey expertly captures your employee owners’ understanding and engagement, with anonymised data and insightful summary reports.

What do you gain?

We clarify and deepen your employee owners’ understanding of their role and responsibilities, strengthening their engagement levels and contribution to your shared success. Your organisation learns how to effectively energise your unique model and culture to seize future business opportunities – increasing fulfilment, enhancing results.

“The perception study was the catalyst to a load of stuff we have done since. A number of things were built into our strategy and JGA helped us to determine our rights, roles and responsibilities, which in time would become what we call our Core Values ”
