What do we do?

We specialise in building your employees’ connection to your organisation’s purpose and vision as future employee owners. We facilitate a pre-workshop session with owners/ founders and leadership to clarify the values and legacy you want. 

We then design and facilitate a workshop for your mid-level leaders, employee champions and employees to explore the responsibilities, opportunities and rewards of your employee ownership – with a written summary and activity planner of priority steps.
