Philippa (Pip) is an experienced workplace cultural engagement advisor, Chair and Independent Trustee Director. She enjoys supporting organisations with transitional change, leadership development, succession planning, business readiness and organisational design.

Pip’s insightful approach reflects her previous 15-year career in strategic roles with the UK’s largest EO business. Since leaving, she has worked across multiple sectors, supporting organisations to understand the importance of culture, identity and people.

At JGA, Pip focuses on advising and supporting clients who are already EO or considering it as an option. She has also played a key role in nurturing our relationships with clients, stakeholders and trusted partners, including the EOA.

Her skill at building rapport and gift for clear communication ensures projects are delivered well and at pace. As a champion of fresh thinking, she enjoys learning from the experience of others and appreciates the value of an enquiring mind.
