Employee ownership – it’s a different (some say better) way of doing business. So if you’ve just transitioned and want to strengthen your new employee ownership model, how do you establish Board-level best practice from the start? If your Trust Board is longer-standing but it could be more effective, what expertise and guidance should you seek?

We work with EO businesses to create the best environment for productive meetings, with Trustees who understand their role and the skills required. We enable them to identify and prioritise areas of focus, as valued assurance seekers and critical friends.

What do we do?

We provide a one-day Trust Board Workshop, with follow-up summary report, useful tools for planning and a Trust Board activity planner. This is run by two Associates, at least one of whom has first-hand experience of a governance role.

All delegates receive a confidential, one-to-one pre-workshop call with an Associate. Post-workshop, we offer a follow-up call, dial-in or attendance at a Trust Board meeting for feedback and further support.
